The project features silent cinema accompanied by live music and screened in open air yard of the local museum. This year the program includes Speedy (by Ted Wilde), Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans (Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau), Behind The Door (Irvin Willat) and The Loves of Pharaoh (Ernst Lubitsch).

Screening os the documentary “Who Stole Banksy?” in English with Russian subtitles. On July 5 there will be held a multi-functional event: an open discussion with Belarusian artist Mitya Pislyak about street art in Belarus. As a bonus you can find a stand of Happy Graffiti which will help you to feel like a true street artist. 


Frida Party

 When:  July 6, 7p.m. 
 Where:  Cultural Center Korpus (Praspiekt Mašerava, 9)
 Price:   free,  but only if you have a monobrow 

#cultHEROES team invites everyone to celebrate the birthday of Frida Kahlo, a Mexican artist known for her self-portraits. In the rider of the party there are Mexican food and drinks, a movie marathon, a competition for eating hot chili peppers and music by KorneJ and Papa Bo Selectah.

A youth festival. The organizers promise "a traditional platform for demonstrating and tasting the most varied and interesting pastime for young people in Minsk". You’ll find music by Shuma, Mustelide, Fox and Komanchi, "NZHV", "Sauce" and "Bassota" in the lineup and a whole bunch of various activities.


Minsk Jazz

When:  July 7, 8.30 p.m. 
 Where:  Płošča Svabody
 Price:  Free 

Minsk Jazz Evenings is another landmark summer event in Minsk. Now for the 6 time invited guests and local jazz masters will perform  at one of the main city squares. A lead singer of Mingus Big Band Alex Sipyagin, a lead singer of SWR Big Band Claus Reichstaller, Camelia Ben Naser, a virtuosic pianist of Billy Cobham Band and a septet Jonah Levine Collective were announced as the headliners. Every musical evening has its own subject: July 7 – Some Like It Hot.

 Where:  Botanical Garden (vulica Surhanava, 2В)

A large-scale two-day music festival with about 30 musicians will be held on the territory of the Botanical Garden. The genre range of the festival is as wide as is the list of its musicians: it will be possible to get down under the vibes of indie rock, hip-hop, soul, funk and electronic music.




+ Repair Cafe

When:  July 8, 2 p.m. 
 Where:  Cultural Center Korpus (Praspiekt Mašerava, 9)

Collaboration of the free market and Repair Cafe. Freemarket is an alternative to already existing market relations, with the help of which you can find some interesting stuff and share your things with other people. Repair Cafe is a great workshop where you can repair your favorite thing and learn the basics of reparation.

The first solo concert of Skillet in Belarus: a quartet from Memphis breaks into Minsk with the album "Unleashed", released in 2016. A great opportunity to remember the riotous youth, get into the slam and scream out the hits like "Hero" and “Whispers In The Dark”.


The Twelfth Night

When:  July 11. 8.30 p.m. 
 Where:  Velcom Cinema (vulica Piatra Mscisłaŭca, 11)

The play by William Shakespeare in the production of Shakespeare's Globe Theater. Costumes, music and choreography in the show are created in the image and likeness of those that were possible in the "Globe" of the 17th century, and all the roles in the show are performed exclusively by men – this was the way it was instituted during Shakespeare's time.

The event dedicated to the re-issue of the book "Koler Belarusi" ("The Color of Belarus") by Michał Aniempadystaŭ . It is one of the first attempts to visualize the colors of the Belarusian past and present. This design album was the last big work of an outstanding designer, artist and poet: this book not only opens up new knowledge about color, but also teaches you "to think with your eyes."


Drones World

When:  July 12 
 Where:  Centralny & Silver Screen cinemas

Exclusive screenings of the Muse "Drones World Tour" concert, shot as part of the tour in 2016. In addition to the band's unchanging hits, there will be drones hovering over the crowd of fans, giant laser projections and elaborately constructed LED canvases that create a unique world of Muse.

A series of collaborative projects in the field of physical theater and performance made by the team of the creative space VERH. The goal of all this action is to develop local creative environment and strengthen the interaction between Belarusian and foreign art-figures.

The second festival of the new season of Vulitsa Ezha: 45+ participants in the food court, a local food market, a culinary school, a bar zone and a thematic zone dedicated to Tex-Mex cuisine. As usually, at the festival there will be not only food, but also a lecture hall, a street cinema, a couple of music scenes and the World Cup bronze medal match broadcast. A true Minsk classics. It is a large summer cultural flea market, where local fashionistas sell old clothes, books, vinyl and just hang out. All that lasts for two days and accompanied by local DJs, coffee spots and delicious street food.


TNT Rock Club
Birthday Party

When:  July 21, 4 p.m. 
 Where:  TNT Rock Club (vulica Revalucyjnaja, 9а)

TNT Rock Club will celebrate its 6th birthday with a big tribute concert: 9 Belarusian rock groups will play tribute programs of legendary musicians, having arranged a large-scale six-hour performance. If you want to check out the hits of The Beatles, Queen, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Rammstein, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine & Nirvana performed by Belarusians – come and enjoy!

Let’s massively go into sports: on July 22 you can test your strength in the race consisting of swimming, cycling and track and field athletics. Participants are guaranteed a bag of motley merchandise and invaluable experience: the event is announced to be held in the form of 1/8 of the brand race Iron Man. By the way, on July 14 and 15 on the territory of the competition there will be an open training!

The tenth anniversary FSP festival is twenty hours of creative madness, consisting of four music scenes, twenty interactive venues and twenty vendors of street food. In general, they promised a lot of lectures and meetings with bloggers, but who needs them when Luna sings on one stage and Pasosh on the other?

 Where:  Airfield Baravaja 
 Price:  free 

The festival dedicated to aviation and aviation sports is a great opportunity to take a look at the world championship in helicopter sport, parachute competitions and a variety of aircraft. For the most courageous the main feature of the event is the opportunity to fly to the sky by yourself!
